Do you like Eggs on Toast

Since I've been quiet for a while and because I'm testing out my picture hosting, I thought I would ask this question.

Do you like eggs on toast? Scrambled, poached, Fried etc.

In my case its buttered toast with a fried egg on top, I love when the yoke soaks into the toast.

Its something I find very difficult to get when I'm in the USA.

This is usually the closest to what I ask for (from my last trip).

If you find a small privately owned coffee shop, (not a chain store franchise) especially with truckers parked there you will get what you wanted in all kinds of varieties. 

I like fried egg sandwiches sometimes "plain on toast" or with a slice of ham or with cheese etc.  sunny side up if want the runny yoke or over easy for less of a messy sandwich to eat, but as you mentioned, I too love the runny yoke on my toast.

Its making me hungry now I've posted this. I need to go and buy eggs now.

That's a good point. I have found the small shops very helpful when I've had time to find them. Usually though its breakfast and then off to work for me.

Oh and the picture hosting obviously works.

Eat eggs most days. Usually boiled or scrambled on toast. Had fried egg on toast with 2 slices of smoked bacon today. Managed to get some very big white eggs

This does not sound much different than an egg sandwich made with toast.

This can be tasty.  Add a little fruit jam for more flavor.

Adding ham can be a plus.  Perhaps cheese.
