In Bellingham, Seattle, and Bremerton I could get really good salmon.

I found some corn, green beans, and a biscuit.  So I had them for my Monday evening meal, with some apple butter.

Rogan Josh, well when I have cooked it! Just made the masala ,chopped onions so ready to put it all in the pan soon.
Masala just means spice mix, this is ginger, garlic, peppercorns, mace, large cardamoms, pinch of saffron and blanched almonds ground to a paste with some water.

The British version of this is the Fish Finger Sandwich! They are lush! I make then in a toasted Brioche Bun with 3 cod Fish Fingers, two slices of american style cheese slices (from Aldi, all the other ones taste weird) tartar sauce and lettuce. With proper triple cooked crinkle cut chips. mmmmm! Paupers food really but they are damn tasty!

Tonight I am having a green salad with Piri Piri pasta salad, coleslaw and mini pork pie quarters!
