A Runza is a simple sandwich that has meat, cabbage, cheese, and onions.

Have you eaten one?  Was it tasty?  This food is available is some Midwestern states, such as Nebraska.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Unsure if a Runza is like a pasty, but in sandwich form. Have you tried a pasty?
I think a pasty uses potatoes and not cabbage.

Up until COVID I lived in Lincoln Nebraska in the winter months. Drove by Runza many times, never stopped.

A Pasty is a term for a baked pastry parcel, usually it's flaky pastry but there are exceptions. There are loads of different types of fillings from chilli beef to steak and gravy to chicken curry, cheese and onion, corned beef and potato and so on. If you haven't tried one before you're missing out!

I think you are thinking of the traditional Cornish Pasty which is made with Steak or Mince, Potato, Swede and onion less of a flaky pastry to this one.
A wise man once said don't judge a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes, that way when you judge him you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
