Ok...might seem a silly question, but to wear a dress like this do I just not wear a bra or find a strapless one?

Been wondering this a while so thought I'd ask.

Thanks 😻

If you can find one in your size, maybe a balconette bra or bralette.  And in black.  But if you can't get those in your size, a black full coverage bra with lace tops might work and blend into the lace already there.

The right bra and the right length necklace with low cut tops can be a real challenge. So much respect for those that effortlessly pull it off with out worry.  Get the front right then how does the back look!

I think if any woman looked like that even wearing no bra would work out nicely.

Seriously, I have not worn that type of dress and have not been in the situation to figure out what type of bra to wear with under it.

Another option is corset lingerie!
I have some from Victoria's Secret.

Marion,

Yes, I think that is an option, especially so when the corset has cups for the breasts.

I often wear tops with a similar cut, minus the lace mind you.  There are lots of bras that will work well with them.  The Timpa Alice padded is my favorite, I like the Alice Lace Demi too. https://www.herroom.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=timpa 🔗

Most push-up bras will work well too, since that's the whole reason for a push-up bra.
