Have you eaten Hawaiian Loco Moco?

It is made with rice, beef, gravy, and a fried egg.


Sounds interesting to me but ai have not tried it.  have you?  Did you like it?

Or would you rather have Spam?

Loco Moco is a popular Hawaiian dish that comes with white rice topped with a hamburger patty, a fried sunny-side-up egg, and brown gravy.

Spam is sometimes pretty good eating too.  I have not had it in a long time though.

I wonder if hawaian "brown gravy" is like our gravy in the UK given it used to be a colony of ours. The Loco Moco sounds nice but as I don't like pure egg white, I would want the egg scrambled.

Can't beat a Spam sandwich or even better a Spam fritter from the chippy for a bit of comfort food.
A wise man once said don't judge a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes, that way when you judge him you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
