Do you ever get sleepier earlier than you think you should?

When this happens, do you stay up until your usual sleeping hours?

Or, if in a non dangerous situation, and you can go to sleep then, do you just go to sleep?

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Sleep is my friend/enemy. I sleep.but rarely feel rested. I pretty much work on a sleep schedule especially on work days. Home by 730 in bed by 9. Even with trazadone falling to sleep is hit or miss. I find a couple glass of bourbon helps, not the best way but, you know how it goes.

I feel sleepy most of the day to be honest. I only wake up briefly between about 7pm and 10pm then want to sleep again. I basically yawn all day!

Sounds like a cat!  A cat sleeps more than half her life.

Working 3p-11p for almost 11 years has ensured even if I'm tired, my body won't let me fall asleep. I'm just glad I don't work 3p-3am anymore!
