wish to thank Chief James Holman and the City of Pittsburgh's Emergency Medical Services, River Rescue Unit, for the professionalism and respect they showed Rebecca Hare as they rescued her from the cold river on Feb. 7 ("Divers pluck woman from flooded Downtown basement," Feb. 8 and PghTrib.com).
