How do I hide my stuff in a bathing suit?

As I mentioned I'm non-op dur to medical problems.  I want to join a fitness club that includes a swimming pool and spa that I'd like to use.  I'm unsure about how to hide my genitals in a bathing suit.  I use dance belts for clothing but wet clothing is a whole other thing.  Can anyone suggest a way to do this?

How about wear some boardshorts over the top and tucking? I reckon this would work and is not an uncommon look. You could even put on another pair of nickers under them to help with the tucking and nobody would be the wiser.

(maybe try it out in your own bath or shower to be sure)

Thank you Stephanie!  It doesn't get any better than a step-by-step photo essay.  The old panty hose thing looks like winner since nylon won't retain much water.
