A transsexual pensioner launched a campaign of harassment against her neighbours making their lives a misery, a court was told.

Georgina Colchester, 73, sent racist letters, banged on her neighbours' door and ripped down a Christmas wreath they had hung up because the non-religious pensioner said she found it offensive.
