Jobs friendly to transgendered folks in Columbus, Ohio?

I'll be moving back to Columbus soon, and I'm looking into therapists, etc. already. I have my masters in Political Science and did 7 years of work on a Phd in that subject at Ohio State (but didn't finish). I work as a college professor now, but need to just find a jobby-job in Ohio's Capital before I can pick up my family and move there.

Any suggestions on work I could find in C-bus that I might be suited for, pays OK, and is TG friendly?

i believe c-bus has protections for us, so you're protected period. there is a big tg community down there :>)
