what is the effect of hrt on the feeling during having sex, what about breast stimulation, does hrt affects the breasts feeling, is it true that during hrt female feeling is replacing the male feeling ?

Uhh...YEAH! I have a ton of sensation in that area. My boyfriend loves it, hehe, as do I. From what I've attained, I'd say it probably does shift your sensation from that of a typical male to that of a typical female, but I have no first-hand experience of what a biological female experiences so it's just a guess based on my observation.

From what I can tell by my own experience and from talking to genetic females, yes female feeling does replace male, and quite dramatically. Like Sarah said it's just a guess, but it's an informed and educated guess and my descriptions are correct according to gg's I've discussed it with. One of the places it has been most noticable is the difference in sexual response. Also when your sex drive on a scale of 1 to 10 goes from a 12 to a 3, that can be a welcome relief.

And hrt most definitely affects breast feeling... wow

I've noticed when I see a handsome guy of my type, it's no more penis which gets hard like before but rather by nipples gets stimulated, a feeling I can't really explain BUT I really hate it when men lick my nipples as breast are still growing, the nipples are extremely painful and sensitive to the touch.

I got my nipples pierced back when I was a freshman in college (so 4 years ago).  I took them out 2 years later when I joined the Army ROTC.  I got them re-pierced about a year after that.  I had to take them out for my FFS (not 100% sure why), but when I was actually conscious enough to put them back in like 4 days later, they were closed.  I was thinking about going to a piercer, but decided to let them close permanently.  I will not be getting them re-pierced. 

Now, to get on topic.  The piercing gave my sensitivity a HUGE boost.  HRT, boosted that even more.  I could have like a nipple orgasm.  EPIC!

The first time you reach down and realize that even though your boobs are painful, if you caress them the right way, it feels incredible.....that is one awesome moment of discovery.  Yes, pretty soon you realize you can just about reach the moon by rubbing them.
