MoMA honors Ed Wood, 'World's Worst Director'

Ed Wood's "Plan 9 From Outer Space,'' which was "famously proclaimed the worst movie ever made,'' will have its first-ever showing at the prestigious Museum of Modern Art in January, along with Wood's almost equally infamous "Bride of the Monster'' and "Glen or Glenda.'' They're part of a sidebar to the spectacular "Tim Burton'' show at MoMA that I raved about over the weekend.
