Dear Paula,
I am a male who enjoys cross dressing in private as it gives me sexual gratification. I have recently thought that I would stop and threw all my lingerie away. However, only today I have had to go out and buy some more. The thing is, I don't know why I do it.

I first had an interest in women's clothing when I was 18 but since then have led a normal life, had children, got married, got divorced etc. I always feel guilty after doing it but within a few weeks am cross-dressing again.

Silly idea I  know but would not common indicate normal?

And Paula seems to think that CD is like OCD, controllable.  But the only way it is controllable is to have that outlet, even if it is in private.
