Does anyone know if united healthcare will cover anything for testosterone?

you'll have to check the foundry list to see if your plan cover T, everything else is a matter of the prescribing physician BS'ing the coding for insurance to cover.

I would also like to know, I know the LGBT health center near me which I've been told is the place to go doesn't take it.
