Philip Grimmer may sue Simon Cowell for portraying him as a ->-bleeped-<-. The 56 year-old dressed like dressed as Madonna and sang a tribute to her on Britain's Got Talent before Simon told him: "Madonna at 95 would look better and dance better than you."
