Ind. hospital apologizes to transgender woman

Ball Memorial, part of Clarian Health, has developed a curriculum for workers in cooperation with two local advocacy groups. "Simply put, we failed to live up to our brand promise of care in regards to Erin and we apologize to her for that," Ball Memorial President and CEO Michael Haley said in a news release.
