Mexico proposes transsexual rights

A Mexican congressman said Thursday he will submit a bill in March that would amend the country's constitution to guarantee the rights of transsexuals and change civil laws to ensure they can legally change their name and gender.

I actualy wouldnt be supprised if this went through.... First off my mexican friends are WAY more accepting than most of the americans I know.... and secondly it would one up the US government and there allways looking for a way to do that....
