Managed to cut myself in a sensitive area while shaving in the shower.
I recommend against such actions, it is very unpleasant.

I've nicked a nipple shaving my chest, not nice :(

I've nicked the nipple as well but I won't let that stop me.  I also shave below but I have to be really careful around the scaring.

Ouch, this topic is making me also think of papercuts and other unpleasant superficial injuries!   :P
