With regrets

Hello Everyone:

It is with regrets that I let you know that I have retired my position of SO Forum Moderator.  Due to my busy schedule and my now new "post-op" life I am finding that I cannot give this position the dedication it requires.

I would like to thank everyone for all of their support when I took on this position - I appreciated it greatly.

I will continue to be a member of Susan's and will post messages/responses.

Again, thank you for all of your support.

Thanks so much for all you have done for SOs.  You have been a human voice behind a lot of turmoil, giving many people the peace they need.

Awwww Gill, this makes me sad, but on the other hand you say you will still post here etc. I feel I have much to learn from you and regret that we haven't had much of an opportunity to get to know each other very well. Hopefully that will change now that I am able to be back online more.

You know life goes on, though we are the same, we change.  Steph and I will always be the best of friends and she still remains the first person I want to tell all my secrets to and I don't think that will change.  But life goes on.....

I will still be part of Susan's family, sharing my experiences and my wisdoms    (so to speak).  Many of you have helped me through hard times, shared happy times and I am grateful for that.  I still have a lot to give/share with the SO's here but feel that I just cannot do justice to the MOD job.  So no tears as I am not leaving (can't get rid of me that easy), just shifting gears (clutch Gill, clutch Gill).

You will be missed. I know you have helped allot of people and not only SO's but some of us T's people too.
Thank you for be here, for all the time you spend helping others.

Life is about constant change, not to many of us do the same things everyday (almost like ground hog day)

Priorities change and new ones come and no matter how we set goals or expectations, they change, that is what life is about.

You have made your mark here both by supporting Steph and as Gill, a wonderful person in her own right.

Getting on with life is a good thing, enjoy that.

SOs like you are a treasure.  Couples who stay together through transition are blessed.

Take some more time for your quilting or whatever, but I'm glad you will still be here to support other SOs and their transitioning life mates.
