If you think that you need vitamin supplements to improve your health, the obvious way to go is through your daily diet. However, as there are so many different views on what is safe, what isn't, what is good, and what is not, I think you would be better served if you went to your doctor and ask for their advice. It can't hurt, and may be they have some medical literature on the subject that will cast a different light on the subject.
