Quick question

Does it matter when you take the medicine? I usually take it 1 tab in the morning of both estro and spiro and my progesterone, and at night the same minus the progesterone. If i took them all at once would it make a difference?

My endo said I could take them all at once but, he said my body will get more out of it if I took some in the morning and some at night. I pretty much do what you do, and I have seen good results.

I space mine out morning and night as well.
