with Dilation do we get more dept over the first 1-3 months? like if your at 4- 4.5 will you go up to 5.

Generally, no. Whatever depth you had immediately post-op is your max. If you declined a bit, you can get it back. But otherwise, that's it.

I had 6" right after the surgery. Now I'm 5 1/2 months post op and still at 6". I lost 1/2-1" at one point but I kinda regain the depth with stricter dilation routine.
