So I am totally planning on getting tattoos and piercings.  I always wanted them but prior to all this trans awakening stuff It never happened.  My theory is that I felt there was little point decorating a body I didn't want.  The moment I identified the real me- bang... I strongly wanted body art and knew exactly which I will get.

I am waiting for my body to settle down a bit first.

i changed my profile pic to show off my tats. the one on my stomach doesnt show very well its a tribal torch. and sorry but the 2 on my back cant be seen from the photo hehe or the ones on my collar bones cause of my hair XD

Trying to remember the order I did this in - right ear, tramp stamp, navel, tongue.  Then, right ear closed up, tongue closed up.  Then I pierced both ears.  Still wishing I had the tongue ring - I miss playing with it!  Very happy about finally having both ears pierced!!!

From 2007-2010 I had an industrial, which I took out due to the back side always snagging on things and just staying irritated constantly.

Also got my septum pierced in 2007, at 12 gauge, and I stretched it up to 1/4" several times since then. Now it's permanently at 6g.

I also had my conch dermal punched at 6g.

I've been considering getting my lobes pierced at 8g, and stretching up to 0 or 00. Not really afraid of needles - I even stab myself with one every week for my estrogen lol.

Body art is fun!

I have 4 piercings in each earlobe; I did them all myself with a safety pin in 1986.  I had my nose pierced 2 years ago, and I pierced my navel in 2010.

I have 2 tattoos of significance (the one on my ankle is too small to matter.)  I have a 3 inch wide traditional heart entangled with an infinity symbol over my heart, and the word "Weoursus" is arched over the top of the image.  I also have a half sleeve, from my shoulder to my elbow, on my left arm; it's a Rockabilly Barbie Doll holding a pool cue with a banner that says "Eight Ball Barbie Doll".  I just got the Barbie Doll tattoo 2 months ago.

I'm getting 1 more tattoo this summer.  It'll be a half sleeve, shoulder to elbow tattoo on my right arm.  My tattoo artist and I are planning to make this one truly epic.  It will be of the female Buddha known as Vajrayogini; she's beautiful, terrifying, powerful and passionate.  I can hardly wait! 

I hope to get my Vajrayogini tattoo over the July 4th weekend.
