Hi, I'm Christina.  I am just now coming to terms with who I really am.  I have been struggling with this for years and now I am ready.  I am hoping to start HRT soon, and any help would be appreciated.  I am going through some depression and some fear of how my family will take all of this.  I hope this is the place to post this.
