Need help with insurance USA-CA that dose SRS Free or co-pay

i am wantting to look for private health care in USA-CA so i can get SRS with co-pay or if all can get paid....

dose any one live in CA what is the best insurance to get that is cheap and covers almost or all over everything needed for SRS?

I have Cigna through my employer. I had to get special exclusions approved ahead of time and a letter of agreement to my surgeon from them and I only put my deposit down for the date and had some deductibles to pay. Overall it was a huge pain and no matter how hard I had tried to be well prepared, it was difficult and I didn't know until just before my surgery that I would actually be getting it. I had my SRS covered on my plan 10/90 until I reached my out of pocket maximum. Hope this info is helpful.
