A year ago I was Ian, 16 stone with 14-inch biceps, a Captain in the Paras. Today I'm Jan, 11 stone and size 12

The transformation is amazing  --- the before and after look like brother and sister maybe  --- not the same person.  WOW

I just hope she hasn't kept the Para mentality, or shes going to be one beautiful but scary lady. >:D
