Except for the one guy who just thinks I'm just growing my hair longer and doesn't notice the breasts or makeup, everybody else gets it.

I was at a meeting in another department this morning and everyone else there were women too. A guy walked in and said "good morning ladies."

When I started this job and showed up for day two in a dress the case was settled! I expect it is way easier to start out as yourself than it is to change later.
