Pee shivers

Hi girls 🙋 am I the only girl that has pee shivers.  Before hrt when I peed, at the very last seconds, I would full body shiver.  Now I shiver after I pee but the sensation goes right to my nipples.

Never before HRT.  I didn't have that sensation until I had sex yesterday, now I'm tingly all the time, and more so when I pee.

I suppose it could be the start of a UTI, maybe?
