some guy at the gym said my face is looking fat. when does this turn to girly?

A guy at the gym said my face is looking fat i was surprised though my mom said something similar a week or two ago. I am on a low dose of estrogen transdermal for about 2 months and take dutas for the same amount of time if not a little longer. I have neen using a progesterone cream from amazon for almost 4 months and do use more than what the label recommends. At first the progesterone made me sleepy and very hungry sometime after application , but after starting dutas these feelings disappeared completely. I'm wondering if this is because dutas blocks the conversion of progesterone into other neural steroids.  Anyway, my boobs have definitely gotten a little bigger and shape has changed some. Not sure on weight gain as a month ago i was 196s and checking 2days ago i am aT 191. Fat face coments started a week or 2two ago. When will these comments turn from fat to girly? My legs i think are looking thicker perhaps more so below the knee than above.

I think that's better than "your face looks like a man". Which I've gotten sadly sorry if I'm off topic here but like I always heard "fatter" faces generally look more youthful and feminine
But who knows he might be a chubby ->-bleeped-<- and trying to get you to fatten up or something lol like encouraging you
Btw I don't think you're fat!! Just saying it's weird he would even say that

He is actually kind of mean and also direct. I was dressed as male too. He is not one of my favorite persons to talk to unfortunately. I learned that the hard way when he said he would not think twice about killing me. He is one of those weird ones so i try to avoid him but sometimes it just is not possible. From what i have seen alison you are very pretty and dress really good. Not sure why someone said that to you. My boobs are on a growth process i think just because they hurt to the touch behind the nipple. Im considering a breast pump to see if the prolacting from nipple stimulation could help with the boob growth. Granted i would only use it for about a minute or two ago since my nipples are kind of weak. Prolactin also supresses lh and fsh so that could help.  Ive always wanted to be lactate capable but it is a hard process.

My doctor and Therapist told me my face appearance beginning to change. So something has changed and my sister-in-law begin to said so.
