I had some eggs and toast this morning to break the fast. 

I wonder what I will eat this evening.

Monday I ate the rest of my bowtie pasta with Alfredo sauce and Swedish meatballs, plus a bowl of chicken noodle soup.

This evening I ate fries and a chicken breast.  The chicken breast was heated up in an air fryer, it was frozen, lightly breaded, and previously cooked.

Odds and ends ,2 sausages, 2 small rashers of bacon, fried egg, 2 small potatoes baked in air fryer (sausage and bacon added part way through) and the remains of veg curry. Dultcha tonight, thats a lamb and courgette curry with smashed chickpeas.
