Just for the record...disappointment and depression for more than a week now. Every day seems harder than the previous. Getting worn down. Support system at a bare minimum! So tough right now. Hopeless feelings are taking over more and more. Sorry! I don't mean to only come here during the bad times!

I'm so sorry to hear you're feeling this way.

Sometimes, when I feel this way I take a break and do something different that brings me joy for a mood changer. Doesn't have to be some thing big, even small acts of self-care makes a big difference for me. Hang in there this too shall pass.

So it's been about 9 months since I last posted. I decided around the first of the year to just stop any further transition. I'm doing ok with it. I try not to think about it anymore. Cut my hair off in March. It is much easier.

Anyway, most of you probably don't even know me. Thought I'd just update anyway.

stopped being involved here on the Forum...
....  VERY GLAD that you came back to share your update.

It is good for me to know that you are alive and kicking.

All of us have to make difficult decisions regarding our life path. 
No matter what you have decided or will decide about your transition and life endeavors
please don't be a stranger here on the Forum.  I will always eagerly look forward
to seeing and reading any of your future updates and postings here.

Hi Raegan--I'm one of those who never met you until now. I read through some earlier posts and wish I had. I'm so interested in learning more about you as you suspend your transition. To me, that seems like a decision as significant as beginning transition. Like Maid Marion said, these are not the best of times.

So. I'm here for my every 6 month visit! Sorry. Life has been very busy for me. Not so much on my gender journey, just everyday challenges.

Thanks to those of you who wished me a happy birthday. They're starting to pile up.

Unfortunately, it appears that age has just become too much of an obstacle in regards to pursuing any changes that estrogen or mother nature didn't give me.

I am doing well health wise. I started Ozempic to attempt to improve my type 2 diabetes. It has been very successful. I've also lost 20 lbs which has brought my  blood pressure down to normal. I'm 160 at 5'10" now.

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well!
