A thought over a cup of tea

Hi Ladies,
Today I spent the day in a skirt and top with my hair on and a little light makeup. This was possible as my wife was away for the day.
I spent the day catching up on some light chores that I needed to do. Around midday, I sat with a cup of tea, and smiled when I had a thought that.... I am an ordinary girl, doing ordinary things, on an ordinary day.

You know what?.....life does not get better than this!

I'm a big believer in that the little things make up the most memorable experiences in life. Experiencing everyday moments just the way you want is so special. A cup of tea is my safe place, me being a true brit girl, so can relate!

For me it's getting out the car and grabbing my handbag to put my key in and go shopping. Just feels really nice.

Aww, Ciara, that sounds so nice.  I often think, all I want is just to be an ordinary woman. No great performance, just getting on with normal life in a way that doesn't feel like a big deal. Just normal clothes for normal life. Because being feminine isn't something we have to earn — it's just who we are.
