I'm not a night owl, I'm an early worm.  I like to be tucked up in bed by 10:30pm.

Hopefully the maid will be along in a moment with my hot milk and slippers....

I'm usually tucked in by 9.30-10 pm. Up at 6 am. I put it down to 1) Age. 2) nothing on TV, I want to watch. 3) I need a LOT of beauty sleep, hasn't worked so far :'(  :laugh: 4) have to be reasonably alert at work. 5) which reminds me we need more lerts
