I was wondering if all the various combinations of HRT are banned by employers like government or private?

No. drug tests just look for the common drug groups - morphine based, cocaine, benzos, and so on. Not HRT.
Nero was the Forum Admin here at Susan's Place for several years up to the time of his death.
