Trans-friendly endocrinologists in Toronto?

Dear members from Toronto,

My therapist will send me to an endocrinologist for a medically supervised HRT regime within the next 2 weeks or so, but has no idea who to send me to for the tests, etc. Are there any good endocrinologist for MtFs in Toronto, that you could recommend?

It's even harder to find a good endocrinologist in the U.K
