is it ok to jog every day while binding with Ace bandages?

i wouldn't if i were you.
just because they're going to tighten with heavy breathing (which is going to happen if your running and is stupid to try to prevent since you need the oxygen)
if you're comfortable in a tight/'high impact' sport bra that might be a better idea.

I don't think it's really a good idea. I personally wouldn't.

Ace bandages aren't good to bind with anyway, so to do so while jogging is pretty bad, you may have trouble breathing.

I wouldn't jog with Ace bandages. They move too much for me. I'd suggest a sports bra - you may want to check out the Frog Bra - I hear it's great at compression and keeping things in place.

Frog Bra is being reworked and is not in production. Title 9 (the makers of frog bra) do have another awesome sports bra similar to the frog bra that I hear works just as well.

I jog in a binder sometimes, but don't use one of my tighter ones.  A pair of sports bras will usually do the trick otherwise

Just listen to your body. I gave myself pleursey....it's a tagged topic in the Gear subforum. It hurt. And it sucked. I did it too hard though, and I was using belts and ace bandages etc...together. Underworks is the way to go.
