the nursing staff at the hospital does have limited english but I havent really had any problems....always a way to communicate.  Dr Saran does have a personal asst, Ying, and she is very fluent in english as is Dr. Saran.  Dr. Saran is an altruist and he really tries to help the trans community.....perfect bedside manner

I looked at his website and he seems very professional. Is there anywhere that I can find results of his surgeries (the photos tab of his srs page doesn't seem to work)? I'd hate to think he falls into the too good to be true category.

doing very well.........you know all to well how it feels being post op.....journey complete!  sticking to the post op dilation schedule, a bit of a hassle at times.  I really enjoyed my time in Bangkok and my experiences and the new friends I've made.......very happy that I chose Dr. Saran, he really is an asset to the TG community.
