One needs to read the expanded versions of each point to understand what the "99" want.  The devil is in the details.

With that said, some of the points listed above are very reasonable.  For instance, Item #4, term limits for federal Senators and Representatives was part of the 1994 "Contract with America."

Item #8, Debt Reduction, is laudable, but the method proposed is based on massive tax increases.

Otherwise, this document could easily be mistaken for an updated Communist Manifesto.
