Dex, all good pointers. One where expect good real answers from all our drs especially surgeons, as many times they like to talk about there best results. Interesting about firmness before and after surgery, never heard any discussion of this. I think we all have alot to learn about what we can expect with all part of this surgery. We all want more length and think surgery will give us more, but it depends on the surgery, surgeon and what the surgeon has to work with once we are opened up. We can hope for the best but have to accept the results we get. This is a very interesting series of post here.
