Corsets would be difficult buying online; almost like shoes; I would want to try them on before buying.
Know what you mean by guys with no hips, kelly - aus.  I always wanted to try one of those stretchable pencil skirts, but that's beyond present day reality.

I think this is usually just a temporary change.  Unless you rarely take it off perhaps.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

As other have said, corsets are temporary. They compress your waist somewhat, which can offer a slightly better silhouette. Skin and fat have limited compression.

HRT redistributes fat and can help a lot more with shape.

I love the comment about clothes. I'm amazed at what a fit-and-flare dress or skirt does for my figure. Peplum blouses are great , too. And anything belted. I got a blazer that flared a bit and wore it with a flared skirt and loved what I saw in the mirror! They sell padding for hips. It's ok under structured fabric.

FWIW, my issue is more lack of fat than too much.
