Personally, I disclose every time. I understand the anxiety and embarrassment, but to screw around with your medical health seems far to dangerous to me.

What are you going to do when it's time for a prostate exam? Blood pressures will be different, BMI will be different. I'd rather disclose and suffer a short time of embarrassment than get uninformed medical care.

when was your last period?.... I'm a transsexual woman and have been on hrt for...years. I take this anti-androgen and this and that as well...
