Hey Dalex - I think you pass as a younger teenage punk guy. A cute one, too. 

What do you guys think about me? I am currently pre everything.
The first photo is me right now, the second is me a few moths ago. Do you think I look more masculine with the longer hair, or the shorter hair? I was pegged for a lesbian more than a dude with the super short cut, now I look more like a stoner/crustie high school guy. But tell me your honest opinions on how I might pass a little better.

Today at the grocery store, a little boy, maybe 8 or 9, asked his mom if I was a boy or a girl. (I was flattered) She told him "girl". ( ) I think it was the knee high socks I was wearing. Oh well, I'm a freak, cant get around that one.
I wonder how much body mods / piercings (and their locations, the amount of them) effect people's gendering. I guess it is really just subjective. There's plenty of modified males and females out there. I'm eccentric and weird no matter what gender I am, so oh well I guess.

I have to agree with Skylar You look really good with short hair, and I don't see how anyone would be pegged more lesbian. Longer hair, for me, looks as you said more stoner/crustie look. But, for me, you with the shorter hair actually just reminds me of an old school punk rocker

I can see you passing as a young kid marcel, i would change the glasses to a more squareish style or contacts (i find i pass better with contacts then glasses), your hair isnt that bad, just looks like a boys longer hairstyle, but if you want to cut it, go for it if it will make you happy and think you will pass more

I agree. Marcel, you're at least older looking than me (but that's an easy feat). I definitely think you need more a more square-ish glasses. See, FtMs have naturally round faces, and square glasses would counteract it by making our faces look more angular and masculine. For a face shape like yours (slim and oblong), I would recommend rectangular glasses though.

Hm, Marcel, before I saw your username I thought you were MTF and posting in the wrong section lol. That happens to me with a few people now and again, and I think it's a sign you could pass with a few changes to your presentation (because I saw you as someone trying to present female). I agree with the comment about the glasses, I'd go for square men's frames if you are able to get new ones right now.

I'm borderline about your hair. It could pass as long guy's hair but I'm not sure what's keeping me from seeing that in the current picture. Is it naturally curly like that?

You've got your eyebrows and your mouth working for you, to me those both look masculine.

I'm with Birkin on his assessment, I'd go for frameless glasses as the best option though.

They don't look bad on you hon, we're just making suggestions for future options. Like Birkin pointed out, you do have nice eyebrows not all tweezed to thin arched girly threads, so they look good on your face, and frankly there is nothing about you that screeches female, so you could morph any way you wish at this point.
