The best diet is not a diet it is a lifestyle change..Clean eating is the best way to go! ..you eat only natural food from the earth and stay away from anything processed. =)

He makes a well researched argument, for reducing carbs to loose weight, and why the common thermodynamic model of weight loss (calories in versus calories used) is overly simplistic and by itself will not help you loose weight permanently.

I still struggle with my weight, but now I know why it increases, and how to effectively reduce it.  I was close to 300 lbs and I have dropped to under 220 and I have been able to get back into running and other fitness activities, and I am in better shape than I have been in in years.
