It proves nothing really Tink, since many things linked to genetics are revealed through the interaction of the patient genetics and the environment after birth. Also, many genetic modifications just increases the person's predisposition to something, it doesn't garantee it. You could have a predisposition to cancer because of one gene, but because you keep yourself trim and eat low fat you never get it.
There's so many variants of gender dysphoria that I'd be surprised if it is not multi-factorial.
