Intro and REQ for help and guidance

Crying is good.  Sometimes it actually feels great to do.  Last year I cried for about 3 months straight.  I had a lot of happiness and sorrows.

Hi ladies,

I just wanted to let you know that I met someone locally that has agreed to help me out.  I also took the suggestion about dressing up and the make up thing and will be getting some professional help on that end as well. 

Thank you so much for all those of you who have helped me so far.  I'll keep posting and letting everyone know how things are going.
