Due to my own circimstancis, I came across this website.

It is pretty much free, as the only thing a membership gives you is a map of where the rental location is. You also get a email address for the site I guess, but if you contact someone through the site, you can just give them your own.
Thought the site is pretty handy and quite intuitive. Haven't found a roomate yet but I think the site was a blessing. So check it out! ^^
