Can the doctor who will perform my orchi also remove my *entire* vas deferens?

The epididymus is part of the testicles and gets thrown away with the testicles.

The Vas Deferens goes from the testicle up through the body and joins near the bladder/prostate junction deep inside the body. To remove the complete Vas Deferens would be more invasive than GRS as they would have to open you up to get to it. It is certainly too invasive for an orchi.

They will remove the Vas Deferens at its lower part. Since you will have no testicles there will be no sperm and on the remote possibility that sperm might be in the Vas Deferens remember that sperm dies very quickly, ususally within five days of being produced in the testes which is why testes have to  permanently produce sperm.

Two questions:

1. How much additional money would removing the rest of the vas deferens cost?
2. Wouldn't eliminating all of the sperm from the vas deferens take more like 3 to 6 months as opposed to 5 days?

Sperm dies in 5 days. That is it. That is how long they live.

The Vas Deferens is just a tube. Nothing in it produces sperm. People keep telling you this.

No testes = no sperm

What is so hard to believe about that?
