I say NO to Cheeze Whiz!


I usually say the same about Velveeta.

In the states American cheese is a type. It us heavily processed and has no real flavor. It does last along time, even the molds don't like it

Havarti cheese can also be good.

Mozzarella cheese is the only cheese I would put on a pizza.

I've put sharp cheddar in a metal container, then put on the smoker. Smoked sharp cheddar id good

I dont like smoked anything, tried some "smoked" cheese and it was yuck but then it was probably in injected smoke flavour.

I use a real wood offset smoker. Low heat, I try to keep it below 250f, for cheese I use apple or cherry wood. It does have a good flavor

Cheshire cheese is my favourite. There are two different kinds. Pink or white. I think I prefer pink. I don't know if you have something similar overseas. It's very... crumbly, and creamy. It makes the best cheese on toast.

I cannot stand blue cheese. I just can't. It is like licking wallpaper in a 1970s house. Like... just no.

There is cotija. It's a Mexican crumbly cheese that has a very high melt point. I wonder if it's similar
