Will I be able to flex my pecs post-op?

This probably sounds very odd, but since being on T and exercising I've gained a lot of control over my pectoral muscles, and it's a huge dysphoria reliever to be able to move them up and down while flexing them. I don't focus so much on the breast tissue and get to focus on the muscle beneath it while I do this.

It may sound like an odd concern, but I'm wondering if anyone has difficulty flexing their chest post-op? Or is no longer able to do it?

No difficulty doing that. Just don't do it immediately post op while the stitches are healing I would say.

You'll also be able to see what you're flexing very clearly after... which should help.

If you do a lot of flexing, I would expect your scars to stretch somewhat, though. I had fine scars at first but given some of the exercise I do they've stretched quite a bit toward the flanks.
