Keep warm and comfortable.

The family party idea sounds good.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Thanks,no workshop today as have stuff to do at home. Used the left over turkey from Christmas that I froze along with some of the gravy, sliced it up and heated it in the gravy on the hob and made some roast potatoes and veg in airfryer as well as steamed veg. Rest of that for tonight.
Walking up town in a bit to get my meds (patches) and see if the lady at sewing shop will patch my work trousers. Frosty this morning but not raining today.

Called in on my sister at work (she helps her daughter with her laundry business) and we sorted out stuff for mums party. I have to bake 2 cakes, a Madeira I will ice and a lemon drizzle. She has sorted out food from a cafe from one of the girls she works with and has a list of folks to invite, looks like it might be 50 !
They had some packs of cubed lamb in so I got 2 packs for the freezer.

You'll need big cakes for 50 people! I imagine your baking to be very tasty especially reading about all the lovely food you cook. Both of those cakes are lovely, particularly a nice lemon drizzle. I must say though a coffee and walnut cake is my personal favourite.
